Beginner.... New to the community and as a rider.

Hello Ladies,
I’m a beginner rider located in Austin; I recently got my license, and plan to purchase my first bike around the holidays… I am extremely excited about it! Any advice or true knowledge for the ‘newbies’ in the biker community and as a new rider..?
